Join us for small group sessions, clinics, and tournaments both local and national!  Spring is a great opportunity to learn new skills, sharpen fundamentals, and develop team tactical execution.  The ability to work together towards a common goal are emphasized.

NC Triad Field Hockey Clinics are divided by ability.  Suggested age groups and levels are listed above.  If you have questions on your ability- email  Each session will include coaching in stick work, specialty skills, offensive and defensive strategies, and the opportunity to implement these new skills in competitive play.  Previous field hockey experience is not required for the BEGINNER group. There is an option to get a pinnie and ball, which is recommended for the younger age groups and new Triad players.

Jess Newak graduated from Wake Forest University in 2016 as a NFHCA All-American, All-Region, All-ACC, and ACC All-Tournament teams.  Originally from Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, Jess went to Crestwood High School and was named on the NFHCA All-American and PA All-State teams.  Currently, Jess is the Head Coach at Reagan High School.

Jessy Silfer- Defense Starter #4 from Cazenovia, NY; All-ACC Academic Team; NFHCA National Scholars of Distinction
